Tradesman Joe to the rescue, found an inefficient 30 plus year old furnace with a failed heat exchanger and other problems. Offered this client their options and we went ahead and installed a new furnace and A/C as well which the customer is certainly going to enjoy as this home has never had air conditioning. Improved air filtration and has all of the Tradesman Joe touches including a treated lumber base to protect the A/C from the elements.
